SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Placement and Processing
1.1. Orders for Products may be placed through the Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1.2. Order processing and assembly are carried out only on working days (Monday to Friday) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (UTC+2).
1.3. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.4. After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email confirming that the order has been accepted. If no confirmation email is received, the order has not been successfully placed.
1.5. Orders are prepared for shipment only after full payment has been received and confirmed in the Seller’s bank account.
2. Shipping and Delivery Time
2.1. UAB Isences ships Products to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during checkout.
2.2. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 - 2 working days after payment confirmation.
2.3. Delivery services are provided through trusted international courier partners, including DHL and UPS.
2.4. UAB Isences offers:

- Free Tracked Shipping via DHL or UPS
2.5 Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:
- Delivery destination
- Customs clearance procedures
- Seasonal demand and peak shipping periods
- Courier operational conditions
- Local carrier performance
2.6. Delivery time estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
3. Delivery Responsibility
4.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
4.2. UAB Isences shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the Buyer.
4.3. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
5. Delays and Force Majeure
5.1. UAB Isences is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier service interruptions
- Customs inspections or delays
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or force majeure events
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
6.1. If the Buyer receives a damaged package, they must notify Isences immediately and, where possible, document the damage (e.g., photos).
6.2. Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date.
6.3. Isences will assist the Buyer in resolving issues with the courier; however, resolution times may depend on the carrier’s procedures.
7. International Shipping
7.1. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable import-related fees may apply depending on the destination country.
7.2. Where indicated at checkout or within the selected shipping method, such charges are covered by UAB Isences and included in the product price or shipping cost.
7.3. In certain countries, additional customs procedures, documentation requirements, or government-imposed charges may still apply and remain subject to local regulations.
