These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.isences.com (“Website”) operated by UAB Isences (“Isences”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. Orders may be placed 24/7 through the Website. Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00–16:00, UTC+3).
3.2. The User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order. Isences shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
3.3. A contract of sale is concluded only after full payment has been received and order confirmation has been issued by Isences.
3.4. Isences reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery terms and conditions are set out in the Delivery Policy available on the Website.
4.2. Estimated delivery times and costs are provided prior to order confirmation and are indicative only.
4.3. Isences shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.
5.2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and medical-related products, the right of withdrawal may not apply if sealed packaging has been opened.
5.3. The Buyer must notify Isences within 14 days of receiving the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
5.4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
5.5. The Buyer is responsible for the product return shipping costs.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on the Website, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of UAB Isences or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
